Terms and Conditions

Last updated: October 27, 2026

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using TradeRing ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

TradeRing provides a B2B SaaS platform for trade vendors to automate lead capture via missed call interception, SMS auto-replies, and unified communication management.

3. User Obligations

You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with all applicable local, state, national, and international laws and regulations, including A2P 10DLC compliance and SMS marketing laws (TCPA).

4. Payment and Subscriptions

Access to TradeRing is provided on a subscription basis. You agree to pay all fees associated with your chosen plan. All payments are non-refundable unless otherwise required by law. You may cancel your subscription at any time.

5. Telephony and SMS Policy

The Service utilizes third-party telephony providers (Twilio). By using the Service, you agree to receive automated SMS messages from TradeRing. These messages include lead notifications, system alerts, and A2P 10DLC registration updates.

5.1 Two distinct message flows

TradeRing involves two separate types of messaging, with different recipients and different consent bases. They should not be confused.

(a) Messages to consumers who call a subscriber's business. This is the product's primary function. When a member of the public calls a subscriber's TradeRing number and the call goes unanswered, an automated SMS is sent from that subscriber's business number back to the number that just called. Consent is consumer-initiated: the recipient placed the call and is receiving a direct reply from the business they contacted. No marketing content is sent under this flow, and no number is ever messaged unless it first called the business. Full details, sample messages and opt-out instructions are in our SMS Messaging Policy.

(b) Service messages to you, the subscriber. If you provide your mobile number during onboarding and tick the consent box, we may send you account and lead notifications. This consent is express, opt-in, unchecked by default, and separate from (a). You may withdraw it at any time by replying STOP.

5.2 SMS Disclosures

  • Message Frequency: Conversational and variable. Consumers under flow (a) typically receive one message per missed call plus any replies in the resulting conversation. Subscribers under flow (b) typically receive fewer than 10 service messages per month.
  • Message and Data Rates: Standard message and data rates may apply.
  • Help: Reply HELP to any message, or contact support.
  • Opt-out: Reply STOP to any message to stop immediately. We also honour UNSUBSCRIBE, CANCEL, QUIT and STOPALL. Opt-out is automatic and permanent for that sender.
  • Data sharing: Mobile opt-in data and consent are never shared with third parties for marketing purposes.

5.3 Your obligations as a sender

Messages sent through TradeRing are sent in your business's name. You are responsible for ensuring your use complies with the TCPA, carrier rules and applicable state law. You must not use TradeRing to send marketing messages to numbers that have not consented to receive them, and you must not import or message purchased lists.

For more information, please review our Privacy Policy and SMS Messaging Policy.

6. Limitation of Liability

TradeRing shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of or inability to use the Service.

7. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which TradeRing operates.
